Perfect and great location, I appreciated almost everything.

Got good, cozy room with the view to volcano bud. The staff were very, very nice and outstandingly accommodating in the entire hotel. Location: the venue was just next door to the historic center, historic Puebla and Cholula, and San Francisco Ca. It also was very conveniently to the bus station.

They made me feel welcomed and took great care of me throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor. The views from the room were breathtaking, overlooking the city and the majestic Popocatepetl volcano. It was a truly remarkable sight to wake up to every morning.

Secondly, the staff were very attentive and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. And finally, the location was incredibly convenient, especially for someone like me who wanted to be close to the bus station. I could easily catch a bus to explore the beautiful city. I had a great experience at this hotel.
